SUCCESS STORIES – NICK and NORA

Just a note to let you both know how much love has been given both ways with the rescues we have gotten from you. We met you both in 2000 when we adopted 2 shih tzu, "Foo-dog and Cammy" (changed to Nick and Nora).

Nick sadly passed last year, but Nora, even with a serious heart condition, is still going strong and never stops bringing pleasure to us.

My parents adopted one of your shih tzu in 2002 and to this day, my father says it was the best dog he's ever had. Sadly, Bogie died unexpectedly in 2004.

We moved to Idaho a few years back and always think about you both whenever Shih tzu come up in conversation. We will always have one, and now it will always be a rescue.

Here are a few photo's of Nick and Nora taken at different times. Oh, and by the way, I met Helen Hamilton some years back and we became good friends.

She confided in me that you probably tricked us into taking two dogs instead of the one we were after. It ended up being the best trick ever played on us.
