ANIMAL RESCUE

The Foundation's Animal Rescue and Welfare Efforts

Animal rescue is a complex goal.  In addition to providing medical care and loving homes, there is the need to address the reasons animals are abandoned, mistreated, or suffering from lack of proper care.

We believe prevention is an a critical factor.  A great deal can be done to prevent suffering and abuse if the public is more enlightened.

This section is devoted to excellent articles provided by organizations, as well
as members of the rescue community, to assist pet owners in making the right decisions when choosing and buying a pet, and ensuring it will be treated as a precious member of their family.
